This established NDIS provider is growing across South and Central Perth and is looking for a Senior OT to take ownership of a varied caseload while being part of a close-knit and supportive team.
With clinics in Mandurah and Cockburn Central, a strong presence in Rockingham and consulting space around North Perth, this role offers flexibility around location, caseload and working style.

What you'll be doing:
Managing a mixed NDIS caseload with clients aged 9 and above
Completing functional capacity assessments and NDIS reports
Delivering OT supports across homes, schools and workplaces
Supporting clients with ADLs, assistive technology, sensory needs and daily routines
Working across approximately 70% community and 30% clinic-based services
Building strong relationships with clients, families and support networks
Contributing to positive clinical standards and team culture
Why this role?
Salary guide of $90,000 to $110,000 + super
Open to higher salary for standout experience
Paid travel time and mileage allowance
Local travel focus, generally within around 30km
Admin and report writing time built into the week
