About the Role
Join BaptistCare as a People & Culture Business Partner and become a trusted advisor to leaders across the organisation.
Working closely with your designated portfolio, you'll provide expert people and culture advice, coaching and support across the entire employee lifecycle, helping leaders build engaged, high-performing teams while delivering outstanding outcomes for the communities we serve.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll partner with leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, organisational change, industrial relations and culture initiatives.
You'll also contribute to organisation-wide People & Culture projects, continuous improvement initiatives and strategic workforce planning.

You will also have the following skills and experience:
Demonstrated experience as a People & Culture Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor within a complex, multi-site organisation.
Solid working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, industrial relations, Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
Experience coaching and supporting leaders across performance management, employee relations, organisational change and workforce planning.
Proven ability to manage employee grievances, investigations and disciplinary processes with professionalism, fairness and confidentiality.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, build credibility and establish trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation.
About You




You're an experienced HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders to find practical people solutions.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, confidently balancing operational priorities with strategic initiatives while building strong relationships across the business.
You have exceptional communication skills, sound judgement and a collaborative approach, enabling you to influence positive outcomes even in complex situations.
Most importantly, you're passionate about creating workplaces where people can perform at their best and contribute to improving the lives of the people we support.
You will also have the following skills and experience:
Degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in a People & Culture Business Partner role supporting operational leaders.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
High level of discretion and professionalism when managing confidential matters.
Experience using HR systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Current South Australian Driver's Licence.
