Dowsing Group is seeking anexperienced Reticulation Technician / Landscaperto join our established civil services team working across Local Government and council projects.
This is ahands-on, autonomous rolesuited to someone who takes pride in their trade, enjoys working independently across multiple sites, and wantsconsistent, long-term workwith a reputable company.

Some of our services to Local Govt Councils include removal and reinstatement of footpaths/driveways/verges/kerbing, reticulation repairs, site clean and backfill using suitable materials.

Your role
You'll work independently across residential and streetscape sites, delivering high‐quality reticulation outcomes before and after footpath installations.
Cutting,



capping, and clearly marking out existing reticulation in preparation for excavation works
Reinstating residential reticulation following footpath installation
Identifying and diagnosing reticulation faults (experience essential)
Cleaning up and backfilling work areas with the correct base material once tasks are completed
Performing basic paving tasks where required (experience advantageous)
Completing general landscaping duties as needed
Operates independently and delivers end-of-day activity reports
Ideal Candidate:
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in reticulation systems.
Willingness to undertake and assist with general landscaping tasks when required
Brick paving experience desirable but not essential
Ability to remediate broken solenoids
Ability to work efficiently and independently on multiple sites
Ability to work well in a team
Reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious
Minimum C class manual license essential (MR-B, skid steer and excavator license highly desirable),
Construction White Card essential
