About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Graduate Marketing & Events Officer to join our growing marketing team.This is a hands-on, entry-level role offering broad experience across event coordination, content creation, social media, digital marketing and marketing administration.You will support the planning and delivery of events, conferences, activations and campaigns while helping maintain the marketing presence of multiple brands across digital and traditional channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing and AdministrationProvide administrative and project support across multiple brands, campaigns and marketing activities.Assist with social media scheduling, website updates, email marketing, blogs and digital communications.Maintain content calendars, marketing databases, digital asset libraries and project documentation.Coordinate content, photography and video from clinics, internal teams and events.Monitor social media channels and escalate enquiries where required.Assist with campaign, website and social media reporting.
Events and ActivationsSupport the planning, coordination and delivery of events, conferences, exhibitions, activations and promotional campaigns.Coordinate promotional materials, merchandise,



exhibition displays and event-related social media content.Coordinate event logistics, including registrations, travel, accommodation, venues, catering, freight, product deliveries, signage and collateral.Attend events and provide on-site support, including registration management, supplier coordination and operational troubleshooting.Occasionally work outside standard business hours for event setup and delivery, with time off in lieu provided.
About YouYou will be organised, proactive and eager to build your career in marketing and events.You enjoy working across multiple projects, are comfortable helping with both creative and practical tasks, and bring a positive, team-focused approach.
Essential RequirementsRecently completed, or due to complete this year, a degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, Public Relations or a related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organisation, administration and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.Experience using Canva or similar design software.Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with colleagues,



suppliers and stakeholders.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.A current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel to events as required.A proactive attitude and willingness to learn, take initiative and assist where needed.
Desirable ExperiencePrevious experience in marketing, events, administration or customer service through employment, internships or volunteer work.Experience using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or Photoshop.Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com.Basic photography and videography skills.Familiarity with website content management systems such as WordPress, MODX, GoDaddy or Weebly.Experience using Mailchimp, Klaviyo or HubSpot.Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Metricool or similar scheduling platforms.A current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one.
