Elermore Vale Community Preschool and Early Learning Centre is seeking dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educators to join our vibrant and nurturing team.
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and educational experiences for children aged 0-5 years.
What you'll be doing
Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that foster the holistic development of children
Providing a protected, stimulating and inclusive learning environment that supports children's physical, cognitive, social and emotional growth
Observing and documenting children's progress, and using this information to inform future planning and individualised learning
Building positive relationships with children, families and the broader community
Adhering to all relevant regulations, policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and safety
Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your practice
What we're looking for
Diploma in Early Childhood Education qualifications.
Experience working as an Early Childhood Educator, preferably in a long day care or preschool setting
Minimum 1 year of early childhood education experience is required.
A genuine passion for nurturing and educating young children
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, families and colleagues
A commitment to inclusive and respectful practices that support the diverse needs of all children
A current Working with Children Check and positive clearance on a National Police check
First Aid certificate can be obtained within 3 months of starting employment.




A strong commitment to Child Safety and the ability to supervise diligently.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency status is required.
