About the opportunity
Are you passionate about simplifying complex problems and helping people work more effectively?
Do you enjoy turning fragmented, inconsistent or inefficient ways of working into clear, practical and sustainable processes?
We are looking for an experienced Senior Process Improvement Specialist to lead process improvement initiatives across NSW SES.
In this role, you will work with stakeholders across operational and corporate areas to identify improvement opportunities, analyse current ways of working, design future-state processes and embed practical solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
You will use tools and approaches such as Nintex Process Manager, Power BI, automation technologies and emerging AI capabilities to improve efficiency, reduce duplication and strengthen organisational capability.
You will play a key role in building a culture of continuous improvement by supporting process owners, facilitating workshops, coaching stakeholders and helping teams adopt consistent process management practices across the organisation.

About you
To be successful in this role you will:
Demonstrate experience leading complex business improvement initiatives that deliver measurable organisational outcomes.
Apply expertise in process analysis, design and optimisation to improve efficiency, effectiveness and customer experience.
Build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive change and achieve shared outcomes.
Leverage data, insights and enabling technologies to identify opportunities, support decision-making and enhance organisational capability.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and creating better ways of working.
What we can offer you

Attractive salary package of up to $166,****** (salary range $133,****** - $146,******).
Total remuneration package includes salary plus employer's 12% contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
