Learning Facilitator – Residential & Home Care (12-Month Full-Time Contract)

We're looking for afull-time Learning Facilitatorto join our People, Learning & Culture team on a12-month contract, with thepotential to become a permanent chance.

The Role
Working closely with the Learning Manager, Village Leadership Teams and Live Easy Home Care leaders, you'll be responsible for increasing employee capability across residential and in-home care services.
You'll manage the full learning cycle, from identifying training needs and designing learning solutions through to facilitating engaging workshops, onboarding programs, virtual learning sessions and workplace coaching.
You'll also play a key role in ensuring compliance with mandatory learning requirements while supporting employees to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Identify learning and development needs across Residential and Home Care services.
Design, develop and facilitate engaging clinical and non-clinical learning programs.
Deliver face-to-face and virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams or similar platforms.
Coordinate employee onboarding, induction and compliance training for new and existing employees.
Support regulatory compliance by monitoring mandatory learning and maintaining accurate LMS records.
What You'll Bring
Essential:
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent).
Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with AHPRA.
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse.
At least 1 year's experience in Learning & Development, Nurse Education or a similar education role.
Strong facilitation skills across both face-to-face and virtual learning environments.
Experience using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams and Learning Management Systems.
Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable:
Experience as a Registered Nurse in aged care.
Experience designing learning programs and instructional materials.
Understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation standards and compliance requirements.
Experience supporting geographically dispersed or community-based workforces.
