We are currently seeking applications for a Ministerial Chauffeur and Fleet Support Officer to join the Electorate Services team at The Department of Treasury & Finance for a period of 12 months.
Remuneration / Classification:ASO4 - Salary Range ($76,561 - $80,256 p.a.).
About the opportunity:
Join the Department of Treasury and Finance in a unique role supporting the delivery of professional, safe and reliable transport services to South Australia's Ministers and approved VIP clients.
As the Ministerial Fleet Support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Ministerial Chauffeur Service through a mix of operational coordination, workforce support, fleet administration and stakeholder engagement.
Working in a fast-paced and high-profile environment, you will contribute to services that support government operations while collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
Coordinate operational and administrative support for the Ministerial Fleet service.
Support workforce activities including payroll, employment documentation and rostering.
Manage fleet maintenance, vehicle leasing arrangements and service providers.
Build strong relationships with chauffeurs, ministerial offices and key stakeholders.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will be:
A highly organised qualified who can manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
Experienced in delivering business, operational or administrative support services that drive positive outcomes.
Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion, judgement and integrity.
Proficient in using business systems and technology, with a strong focus on accuracy,



customer service and continuous improvement.
