Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Country Manager / Recruitment Consultant, you will:Develop and manage an education agent network within your country.Identify, recruit and onboard new education agents.Recruit quality students into Australian higher education programs.Conduct agent visits, seminars, school presentations and recruitment events.Build strategic partnerships with schools, colleges and industry stakeholders.Support students throughout the admissions process.Provide market intelligence and competitor insights.Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular activity reports.Achieve agreed monthly recruitment and business development KPIs.About YouWe are looking for professionals who have:Experience in international student recruitment or education consultancy.An existing network of education agents,



schools or student counsellors.Strong business development and relationship management skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.The ability to work independently and manage their own market.Knowledge of Australian higher education and student visa processes (preferred).
