What You'll Do
You'll be the trusted advisor in our customer journey — the person who turns a great experience into an exceptional one.
Build genuine rapport with guests and create a seamless, enjoyable finance experience
Confidently present finance and insurance solutions tailored to individual needs
Work closely with the sales team to uncover opportunities and maximise every interaction
Liaise with lenders to secure approvals and deliver outcomes quickly
Ensure every deal is handled with accuracy, professionalism, and compliance
Be a visible leader in the showroom — setting the standard for energy, attitude,

What You Bring
Proven experience in Automotive Finance & Insurance
Solid understanding of lending, compliance, and industry regulations
Current relevant accreditations
The ability to balance performance with exceptional customer care
