About The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Field Service Boilermakers with strong mobile equipment maintenance skills and 3G/4G welding capability to join our CSI Field Services Division, based out of our Hazelmere Workshop, for current and upcoming opportunities.
These are full time, roaming roles working across both our internal and external operations on a dynamic roster.
There will also be opportunities to work from our well-equipped, premier Hazelmere facility, a four-hectare workshop in Perth's eastern suburbs specialising in the design, manufacture, repair, and refurbishment of mobile mining equipment and heavy machinery attachments.
In this role, you will have the chance to further develop your skills through hands-on experience, on-site training, and exposure to a variety of projects and sites.

Our Field Service team plays a critical role in the success of our business, delivering operational support across multiple sites in iron ore, lithium, and hard rock environments.

Key Responsibilities
Ability to interpret engineering drawings (critical skill beyond standard boilermaker/welder qualifications)Experience in mobile equipment refurbishments e.g. buckets, rigid dump truck trays, booms and sticksProficient in welding with inner shieldDemonstrated commitment to safetyFlexible and versatile attitudeProven ability to work both autonomously and within a team
