THE ROLE
We're looking for a reliable and motivated Factory Hand to join our manufacturing team in Garbutt.
No experience in the industry
needed — we'll train you.
Full-time position with genuine flexibility in hours and days.
We welcome applicants of all ages and
backgrounds.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Manufacturing and assembling blinds, awnings, shutters and security screens in our Garbutt factory
• Cutting and working with aluminium profiles and components
• Reading job sheets and following production instructions
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace and supporting the team with general factory duties
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn — this is what matters most
• A current driver's licence (highly desirable)
• Experience in metal fabrication or aluminium joinery/carpentry is an advantage but not essential
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools
