About the Role
We are seeking reliable and motivatedCleaners / Housekeepers / Room Attendantsto join our team acrossThe Garland and St George's Defence Holiday Suitesin beautifulCoolangatta.
This role involves a combination ofguest room housekeeping and maintaining public areaswithin our apartment buildings.
It is ideal for someone who enjoysworking independently, staying active and taking pride in maintaining clean and well-presented spaces.
You may come from ahotel, housekeeping, Airbnb, commercial cleaning, facilities or maintenance background.
Hours
Consistentmorning shifts:
Start:6:00am or 9:00am (depending on roster)
Finish:Approximately 2pm
Roster:4 days per week (including availability to work Saturdays)
Key Responsibilities
Clean and prepareguest rooms and suites, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting and restocking supplies
Maintain cleanliness and presentation ofpublic areasincluding lobbies, corridors, lifts and stairwells
Clean and maintainpublic bathroomsand restock consumables
Cleanwindows, glass doors and balustradesthroughout the property
Maintainpool areas, BBQ areas and outdoor furniture
Assist withrubbish and recycling management, including washing bins
Operate cleaning equipment such asvacuums and blower vac
Clean shared facilities includinggym, laundries, basement and storage areas




Prepare balconies and common areas fordaily guest arrivals
Report anymaintenance issues or repairsto the team
About You
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Solid attention to detail and pride in your work
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Friendly and positive attitude with a team mindset
Comfortable using cleaning equipment (training provided if required)
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
