Our client is a mobile, community-based allied health service known for a genuinely supportive culture and a team that enjoys their work.
The team of 10 includes Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, a Physiotherapist, Key Workers, an Allied Health Assistant, a full-time Admin team member, and a Registered Nurse joining in January.
They prioritise staff wellbeing, work-life balance and quality therapy outcomes over "numbers", creating an environment where clinicians can do their best work without rigid targets.

Tailor your caseload: paeds, adults, or a blend
Structure your day with flexible start and finish times

Mobile work with admin support to keep your time focused on therapy
Work independently, with supervisors accessible daily for quick consults
On offer:
Salary negotiable based on experience and scope of role ($90,000 - $110,000 + Super)
No KPIs
Performance bonuses for strong work and contribution
Vehicle allowance: $10,000 per year (use your own car)
PD support – strong encouragement for career development (not capped)
