What You'll Be Responsible For
1. Driving Performance
Own revenue, profit, and weekly KPIs
Monitor bookings, conversion rates, and utilisation




Spot opportunities and act fast
Push the venue to outperform every single week
2. Leading a High‐Energy Team
Recruit, train, and motivate Game Masters
Build a culture that's fun, fast, and high‐performing
Set standards and hold people accountable

Oversee daily operations, bookings, and scheduling
Maintain the venue to a high visual and functional standard

What We're Looking For
We want someone whotakes ownership, not someone who just "manages the day‐to‐day."
You'll likely have:
Experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or operations
Strong commercial awareness (you understand numbers)
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
A natural eye for detail and presentation
Confidence to make decisions and solve problems quickly
