Day-to-day activities include meeting with prospective buyers, understanding their investment goals, presenting suitable property options, and explaining pricing, finance, and build processes.
The role involves conducting market research on local developments, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of project timelines and inclusions, and coordinating with builders, developers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
The specialist prepares and reviews sales documentation, manages client communication from first enquiry to handover,



and follows up leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
