Guest Service Agent/Night Auditor - CASUAL

The Sanno Marracoonda Airport Hotel in Perth boasts 144 accommodation rooms, restaurant, pool and spacious grounds, operating 24/7.
We are looking for a dynamic and career driven individual to join our professional Guest Services team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation, grooming and communication skills, previous Front Office experience essential - great numerical skills, time management and customer focus.
Must be able to work night shift 11pm-7am.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, our Guest Service Agent role is a key part of the daily hotel operations by maintaining a high level of customer service and processing front office procedures with attention to detail.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Guest / staff safety and security
Consistently implement **** Hotels customer service vision
Process guest check-ins and check-outs by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, issuing room keys, processing charges and taking payment.
Build relationships with colleagues,



guests and internal residents
Collaborate with our Housekeeping, Maintenance and Food & Beverage Departments
Assist guests with all enquiries
Emails
Multitasking between answering the main telephone line and assisting guests
Provide high level guest service and satisfaction
Confident with guest issue resolution and problem solving
Taking guest reservations
Accurately allocate account postings
Accurately balance cashiering totals from the day shift
Auditing, reporting and balancing all hotel transactions for the day
We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for customer service
Excels at multi-tasking
Approaches all tasks with a high attention to detail
Is able to work autonomously
Has previous experience using hotel management or accounting systems
Has previous experience in a customer service based role
Is an enthusiastic, but professional, effective communicator
You must be able to work across a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays.
We anticipate 3-4 shifts per week available for the right candidate.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
