Expected salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a passionate and experiencedRoom Leaderwho is committed to creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where children can thrive.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved).
Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Educator in an Early Childhood setting.
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
Excellent leadership, communication and team collaboration skills.
Valid Australian work rights.
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, wellbeing and development.

Lead the daily operations of your classroom and inspire your team to deliver high-quality education and care.
Create engaging learning experiences that support each child's individual development.
Build strong, positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.




Mentor and support Educators to foster a collaborative and positive team culture.
Observe, assess and document children's learning in line with the EYLF.
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Regulations and centre policies.
Maintain a safe, inclusive and welcoming learning setting.
Contribute to continuous improvement and help create meaningful outcomes for children.

Do you hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education?
How many years of experience do you have as a Room Leader or Early Childhood Educator?
Do you currently hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)?
How confident are you in implementing the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)?
Which First Aid qualifications do you currently hold (CPR, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis)?
Tell us about your leadership experience in an early learning environment.
Describe a time you supported an Educator or resolved a challenge within your team.
