✨Your Role:Your Caseload will be a mix of NDIS, Private and Support at Home (Aged Care) clients.
Some of the diagnoses you will see include:For OT:
Stroke rehabilitation needs, chromosomal conditions, neurodivergent conditions (ASD, ADHD), physical conditions (Cerebral Palsy, arthritis), acquired brain injury and traumatic brain injury, developmental delays.For SP:
Stroke Rehabiliataion, Acquired Brain Injury, Traumatic Brain injury, Speech, Social Skills, Literacy, Language, Developmental Delay, AAC, Fluency, and Swallowing.Depending on your level of experience and career goals, there is also the opportunity to supervise junior clinicians and develop tailored professional development training sessions for your team, and specialise in your areas of interest.

New Grad OT's;recieve weekly supervision with a Senior OT with 6+ years experience
Gradually increase your caseloadfrom when you start that builds up as you grow your confidence.
You will also recieve a$250 resource budgetto start growing your toolkit of resources.
$**** CPD Allowance to use annually & 2 Days Paid PD Leave
✨Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Drivers licence and own vehicle
