What your day will look like:
Assisting with daily prospecting, attending open inspections, management of listings and sales
Database management and generation of appraisal leads
Supporting high-level property campaigns and delivering standout service that reflects Marco's brand
Administration tasks such as diary management, vendor and buyer communication, and project management
Meeting individual and team KPIs and budgets
Exceptional customer service and client management

Who you are:
Hold a current Real Estate License
Experience in Real Estate (essential)
Experience in CRM systems (preferably Agent Box)
High level of customer service
Solid ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and consistent high attention to detail
Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
