We are a private members only Club offering a wide range of hospitality services including bar meals, fine dining, weddings, private dinners, luncheons, meeting rooms, bar facilities, and more.
The Club offers high standards of hospitality service in its beautiful heritage listed building.
Typically operating Monday to Saturday, we are seeking a supervisor to work full time (5 days), roster dependent on business requirements which include both lunch and dinner service.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The Club is looking for a full time FOH Supervisor to deliver excellence in customer service, this is a hands on working role.
The supervisor will be expected to take responsibility for shifts, offer guidance and show leadership to staff encouraging them to perform to the best of their abilities.
Candidate must show;
Management and leadership
Working as part of a team
Alacarte and fine dining service
Staff supervision, training & rosters




Working with the function coordinator to set up and run functions
Extensive food and wine knowledge
Flexibility to work all hours including some late nights
Clear communication skills with kitchen, management and guests
Ordering from suppliers
Money handling
Problem solving abilities
Skills and experience
We are looking for a supervisor who has at least 2 years experience in a supervisory role, exceptional communication skills who can lead by example, teach and take control of our floor team.
Professional presentation and attention to detail essential, and must be able to multi task with a can do attitude.
RSA & RP required.
