About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionateTransport Support Workerto assist CHSP clients with secure and timely transportation to their appointments and community activities.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy driving, meeting people, and making a meaningful difference in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Providesafe and punctual transportfor clients to appointments
Assist clients withgetting in and out of the vehicle (if required)
Ensure acomfortable and respectful experiencefor all clients
Maintain clear communication with the coordination team
Follow daily schedules and assigned trips
Pay & Benefits
$32 – $36 per hour (casual role)
Travel between clients ispaid
Flexible working hours – choose shifts that suit you

Requirements
Valid AustralianDriver's Licence
Own reliable vehicle(essential)
CurrentPolice Check(or willingness to obtain)
First Aid & CPR(or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Previous experience inaged care, disability, or transport services
Understanding of elderly client needs
