What You'll Do
Prepare and cook quality meals across multiple sections during service
Deliver consistent food quality while maintaining high presentation standards
Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen compliance standards
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly
Contribute to a positive kitchen culture where teamwork comes first
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef in a similar role in a busy kitchen
Confidence managing multiple tasks and service points during peak periods




Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
A hands-on approach with a passion for quality food and great hospitality
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is desirable
Availability across prep, lunch, dinner, weekends and public holidays
