About the Role
We're seeking an experiencedLead Drafter (BIM & Inventor)to take ownership of drafting coordination and BIM delivery for a major upcoming project.
This role will act as TSA's primary drafting representative, working directly with the Multiplex drafting team, project stakeholders, engineers, and project managers to ensure all models, drawings, and documentation are coordinated, accurate, and delivered on schedule.
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across the drafting function while remaining hands-on in the development and management of BIM models and Inventor-based design documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate drafting activities across the project lifecycle.
Act as the primary interface between TSA and the Multiplex drafting team.
Produce, review, and manage BIM models, Inventor assemblies, and technical drawings.
Establish and maintain drafting standards, workflows, and document control processes.
Coordinate model and drawing integration between internal and external project stakeholders.
Work closely with engineers, project managers,



and site teams to resolve design and constructability issues.
Maintain drawing registers and ensure all revisions are accurately controlled and issued.
Ensure design documentation aligns with project specifications, timelines, and BIM requirements.
Support clash detection, model coordination, and design reviews where required.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to other drafting personnel.
About You
Extensive experience in drafting and design coordination within construction, engineering, manufacturing, or major project environments.
Advanced proficiency inAutodesk Inventor.
Strong experience withBIM modelling and coordination.
Experience acting as a lead drafter or senior design coordinator on complex projects.
Solid understanding of design documentation, revision control, and project workflows.
Ability to interpret engineering, fabrication, and construction drawings.
Proven experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project delivery teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities.
