THE ROLE
Coordinate daily activities for planned and unplanned maintenance.
Supervise tradespersons and mobile maintenance activities.
Provide feedback to Maintenance Supervisors regarding job details, timeframes and work methods.
Take appropriate action to eliminate workplace hazards.
Mentor team members to create a safe and efficient work environment.
Experience working on, CAT AD63, SANDVIK TH663i trucks, Volvo L120F IT's, Normet MF605DA Charge up, Normet Charge Up MF 605 D(V), Sandvik DD******c, DD422i Jumbo's, Epiroc E7C long hole drills, Sandvik DS421-C Cable Bolter, R****XE Loaders with digital RCT guidance.
WHAT DO I NEED
Current "C" Class Manual Western Australian driver's licence.
Valid and relevant trade qualifications, certificates, and licences.
Previous experience in a Leading Hand role with 5 years working on Heavy Underground Machinery & Drills.
Competent in diagnostics, troubleshooting & repairing diesel, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Experience maintaining air conditioning (desirable).
Experience with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)



such as Pronto (desirable).
Experience with CAT Et Sis Systems (desirable).
Proficient Microsoft office skills.
Excellent communication skills with a can-do, team-oriented attitude Strong desire to maintain and promote a proactive protected working environment
