We're a vertically integrated modular group.
We design in Australia, manufacture through our own base in China, and deliver into remote and resources projects across Australia, the Pacific and Asia.
We run the whole chain ourselves.
We're looking for a bilingual Project Manager to be the bridge between our Australian design and technical team and our China manufacturing base.
You'll make sure the factory builds to the right, current, approved information — and to our standard.
You sit between two worlds and you're fluent in both.
What you'll do
Coordinate between our Australian designers and the China factory — turning design and technical information into something the factory can build, and resolving the gaps.
Own the document interface to the factory: making sure the right, current, approved drawings and specs are what's on the factory floor.
Hold quality on the ground in China — inspections, QA/QC to an Australian standard, alongside our in-country team.
Run programme and keep manufacturing on track, flagging issues early.
Be our eyes, ears and standard in the factory, and translate — literally and technically — both ways.
What we need from you
Fluent Mandarin and robust professional English — you can run a factory-floor conversation in Chinese and write a clear technical email in English.
This is essential.
You've worked in Australian construction or manufacturing — you know what "our standard" means and how we document and expect things done.
Real time on the ground in China — factory-floor experience, not just visits.
Project management or technical coordination background — programme, drawings, QA.
Comfortable being the one person who understands both ends, and holding a standard under pressure.
Handy to have
Modular, prefab or volumetric experience.
A construction or engineering qualification.
Experience with document control or QA systems.
What you get
A role that uses both halves of who you are — your language, your two-culture fluency and your technical skill — which most jobs don't.
A direct line to the person who makes the decisions, in a lean, fast-moving business.
Gold Coast based, with your China trips fully covered.
We'll talk package properly with the right person.
Apply with a CV and a short note on your China factory experience and your Australian work.
