The Role
You will manage and grow your own recruitment desk within one or more industry verticals.
The position can focus on permanent placements, contract recruitment, or a blended desk depending on experience and preference.
This role suits someone who wants to build a sustainable book of business, not just chase short-term wins.
Key Responsibilities
Develop existing or grow a specialist recruitment desk
Business development with new and existing clients
Build long-term client partnerships and preferred supplier relationships
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (360 role)
Candidate sourcing, qualification, and relationship management
Manage interview processes, offers, and negotiations




Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline activity
Deliver consistent weekly activity and revenue targets
Collaborate with leadership on desk strategy and growth planning

About You
Recruitment experience (agency preferred)
Ability to run a 360 desk or progress into one
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Commercially minded with a long-term approach
Organised pipeline and activity management
Motivated by building something sustainable rather than transactional billing
Degree plus at least 1 year of Recruitment Experience required.
