Are you a Senior Speech Pathologist looking for a flexible NDIS role with variety, autonomy and a genuinely supportive team?
This growing allied health provider delivers NDIS services across Perth's South of River corridor and is expanding into additional hubs, including consulting rooms around North Perth.
They're looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist who wants stability, flexibility and a team that genuinely backs each other.
You'll work across clinic and community settings, supporting clients aged 9 and above.
The caseload is varied, with an approximate split of 60% adults and 40% children.
This role suits a senior clinician who enjoys NDIS work, values strong relationships and wants a role where admin time, travel and professional development are properly considered.
What you'll be doing:
Delivering speech pathology services across clinic and community settings
Supporting clients aged 9 and above across a mixed caseload
Working with adults and school-aged clients
Completing assessments, therapy and NDIS reports
Supporting clients with communication, social communication, AAC and functional goals
Collaborating with families, support coordinators, schools and allied health colleagues
Contributing to a positive and consistent clinical culture
