We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Broker/Loan Consultant to take over a highly active, ready-to-write book. There is no cold calling, no stressful lead generation, and no starting from scratch. Your job is simply to do what you do best: provide expert advice, structure great deals, and write loans.

What You'll Be Doing:
Taking immediate ownership of an active client database, conducting appointments (face-to-face and digital) to understand their financial goals.
Structuring residential home loans, refinancing, and investment lending.
Ensuring applications meet all compliance and Best Interest Duty (BID) standards.
Nurturing long-term relationships to drive client retention and organic referrals within the book.
What You Bring to the Table:
We are looking for a qualified who is ready to hit the ground running. You will need:
Experience:
3+ years as a Mortgage Broker (or extensive Lenders' Box experience within a bank).
Qualifications:
Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
Capability:
High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to handle high volumes without dropping the ball.
Bonus points if you have prior experience with Mortgage Choice systems, but this is not essential.
