As we keep growing, we're looking for people who take ownership of a site and bring the same standard of professionalism our clients have come to expect.
We're after a hands-on leader to run day-to-day operations on our residential sites. You'll supervise trades and labourers, keep jobs on track, and be the go-to person for quality and safety on site.
What you'll need:
Proven experience leading a residential construction crew




Strong knowledge of building processes, sequencing, and site safety
Confidence coordinating trades and managing site logistics
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Relevant trade background preferred
Current Queensland Driver's Licence
