Fixed Term Full Time | 1‐year Contract.
Location: Eastwood, NSW.
Salary: $81,903 + Super + Salary Packaging.
Job Overview
Support people in recovery to build independence, wellbeing, and community connection.
This role provides person‐centred support to individuals accessing residential mental health services, working within a recovery‐oriented framework to empower clients to achieve their goals and strengthen their independence.
The role operates across a 24/7 roster, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver person‐centred and culturally responsive case management support.
Conduct intake, assessment, registration and support clients with activities of daily living and recovery goals.
Develop holistic and strengths‐based individualised case plans.
Deliver practical group‐based programmes and training sessions and facilitate referrals to specialist services.
Maintain accurate client records, reports and case management documentation.
Participate in team meetings and training activities.
Contribute to effective operation and continuous improvement of the services.
Build positive and sustainable relationships with clients,



colleagues and internal and external stakeholders.
Before starting work, undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks.
Requirements
Strong understanding of mental health, recovery‐oriented practices.
Degree in social work or a related discipline.
Positive person‐centred approach with solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Resilience and ability to work in complex environments.
