About The Opportunity
As part of our Front of House team, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. From delivering outstanding table service and running a busy floor to providing exceptional bar and gaming experiences, you'll help bring The Colonist to life.
For our Level 3 roles, we're seeking experienced hospitality professionals with strong floor-running experience and a background in bistro-style service.

What We're Looking For
Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
Previous hospitality experience preferred, particularly bistro and floor service experience for senior roles
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Weekend and evening availability
Current SA RSA required
Current SA RSG/RCG preferred for Gaming Attendant roles
