About The Role

As the Store Manager, you will lead from the front and develop a team of 3-4 in one of their newer store locations. You will have a strong passion for providing memorable experiences and consistently developing your team. Passionate about the impact of store presentation, you understand the importance of robust visual merchandising and bringing the brand to life. Success in this role will come from acting as a brand ambassador and developing a customer focussed culture. You will be consistently leading by example and ensuring you're developing a team that is focussed on product knowledge and creating genuine customer experiences.

Retail store management experience highly regardedExperienced Assistant Store Manager from a fast paced and high volume environmentAbility to work autonomously with the confidence to make decisions effectivelyPassionate about personal styling and emerging fashion trendsGenuinely enjoys visual merchandising with a keen eye for detailOperationally savvy, with confidence across stock management
