About the Role
As Gaming Manager, you'll work closely with the Venue Manager and wider venue team to lead the gaming department, balancing customer experience, team leadership, compliance and operational performance.

Lead a gaming team that people are proud to be part of
Create an environment where your team feels supported, challenged and enjoys coming to work
Get to know your regulars and deliver the kind of service that keeps them coming back
Keep gaming operations running smoothly while maintaining the highest compliance standards
Take ownership of your department's presentation, performance and day-to-day success
Play an active role in the wider leadership team and contribute to the success of the venue
What We're Looking For
Experience in a Gaming Supervisor, Gaming Manager or similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of gaming operations and compliance requirements
A hands-on leader who enjoys developing people
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
RSA and RSG essential, CLO highly regarded
Availability across nights, weekends and public holidays
