Experienced Medical Receptionist (Part-Time / Casual) Trinity Medical Group is seeking a friendly, professional and organised Medical Receptionist to join our growing team across our Drysdale and Teesdale clinics. About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for our patients and play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting our doctors and clinical team. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients with a warm and professional manner.
Manage appointments and telephone enquiries. Process Medicare, DVA and EFTPOS payments. Maintain accurate patient records.
Support doctors, nurses and allied health professionals. General administrative and reception duties. About
You We are looking for someone who has: Previous experience in a GP or specialist medical practice (preferred).
Experience using Best Practice (BP Premier)



(highly desirable). Experience with Medicare billing and patient registrations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong computer skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional.
Flexibility to work across both our Drysdale and Teesdale locations when required. What We Offer
