Auto & General is seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our Customer Dispute Resolution team in Australia. Reporting to the CDR Team Leader, you will resolve customer disputes with empathy and integrity, applying policy knowledge and judgment to protect customers and our reputation.
You will manage disputes from AFCA and direct customers, ensuring accurate records, compliant communications, and timely resolutions while building solid relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
