We're growing our team and seeking experienced Team Leader who wants to play a meaningful role in advancing excellence in human research ethics. If you have team management experience, clinical research expertise, and the ability to work confidently in a regulated environment, we'd like to hear from you. In this role, you will coordinate the delivery of high-quality ethical reviews aligned with national guidelines, lead a team of administrative professionals, and ensure weekly HREC review meetings are delivered efficiently and effectively. You will also oversee research applications submitted through Bellberry's electronic platform, provide expert advice, match each study with the appropriate review expertise, and help maintain Bellberry's international reputation for excellence, consistency, and efficiency in research ethics review.

About the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
Lead, support and develop a small team of HREC Officers, ensuring consistent, high-quality ethics review processes.
Manage research study submissions, providing expert oversight and guidance.
Build strong relationships with researchers, sponsors, and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the ongoing development of Bellberry's policies and practices.
