The Role As the Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in growing the residential rent roll by building strong relationships with landlords and investors while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Generating new managements through prospecting, referrals, networking and warm leads.
Conducting rental appraisals and presenting tailored property management solutions.
Building long-term relationships with landlords and property investors.
Managing the seamless onboarding of new managements.
Maintaining an active sales pipeline using CRM systems.
Working closely with the Property Management team to ensure a smooth client experience.




Achieving monthly growth targets while providing exceptional customer service.
