About the role
We are seeking a dual role
Salon Manager/Senior Stylist
on a full time basis. You will balance your time between managing daily operations, mentoring staff, and maintaining your own premium clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
Mentor, Coach, and inspire stylists and apprentices to reach their full potential.
Salon Operations:
Oversee daily workflows, and salon presentation.
Client Excellence:
Deliver high-end cutting, colouring, and styling services while maintaining a loyal client base.
Business Growth:
Drive salon KPI's, manage retail performance and execute local marketing initiatives.
Financial Management:
Monitor daily targets, banking, and point of sale POS software tracking.
Skills & Experience Required
Qualifications:
Certificate III in Hairdressing
Experience:




Minimum 2+ years of experience in salon management or a strong assistant manager role.
Technical Mastery:
Advanced skills in up-to-date colouring, cutting, and styling techniques.
Leadership:
Proven ability to manage, motivate and resolve conflicts within a small team.
Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with salon software (eg, Shortcuts, Timely, Phorest) is highly regarded.
