Are you an experienced home loan writer that has what it takes to help us grow this business?
Is this you?
You currently live on the Sunshine Coast (Qld) or are willing to move to the Sunshine Coast and work from our offices in Maroochydore. You've been working within the finance industry for some time, specifically writing home loans and being a part of a team helping customers secure the best home loan deal on the market.
You'd like to be in a home loans business with other successful people that could give you the opportunity to be a part of something bigger when the time is right for you.
You have demonstratable experience in building and maintaining relationships with referral partners along with your previous clients to ensure that you are their go to person for anything finance.
Your previous experiences working within a fast pace team environment are clearly evident and you can demonstrate your ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and work in well within a high performing team environment.
You exhibit fantastic problem solving skills and have the ability to build long lasting relationships with ease.
You have a high level of computer competency with a good understanding and experience in using various finance management systems.

On top of this, we've built outstanding relationships with an extensive panel of lenders to ensure that we are in the best position to help our customers get the right loan for them.
Complete first interviews with prospective home buyers and refinance opportunities to determine suitable lending solutions.
Assisting customers from submission to lenders all the way though to settlement.
Provide exceptional service to customers, building trust, confidence, and advocacy to help them secure and enhance their financial goals.
Continue to develop your skills as a Mortgage Broker while building meaningful external referral relationships that provide you with high quality referral customers. You'll be provided with full management support and guidance when you are prospecting for new relationships.

Remuneration
On offer with this full-time position is a competitive base salary, plus a generous individual bonus incentive scheme that will see the hungry finance performer earning an above industry income.
