The opportunity, what you will be doing
Sell current Hyundai vehicles as well as quality pre-owned stock.
Manage enquiries from phone, website, walk-in, email and social media, and respond quickly.
Understand each customer's lifestyle, needs, timing and budget before recommending a vehicle.
Conduct professional vehicle presentations, walkarounds and test drives.
Explain finance, Toyota Access, novated leasing, trade-ins, accessories and protection products
clearly
, working alongside our Finance Business Manager.
Appraise trade-in vehicles accurately and fairly.




Keep customers informed from order through to delivery, so nobody has to chase us for an update.
Deliver a memorable, thorough handover that sets the customer up for the life of the vehicle.
Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-up activity and pipeline discipline.
Complete and maintain all manufacturer accreditation and training requirements.
Represent Fleurieu Motor Group professionally within the local community.
About you, what we need
A genuine interest in people and a willingness to listen before selling.
Strong communication skills, both face to face and over the phone.
Self-motivation, organisation and the discipline to follow a process.
Resilience and a positive attitude.
Automotive sales experience is an advantage, but we will train the right person from a retail, hospitality, trade or customer service background.
Comfortable with technology, CRM systems and online enquiry management.
A current Australian driver's licence, manual preferred.
Willingness to work a rotating roster including Saturdays.
Manufacturer standards and training
This role carries manufacturer obligations.
You will be required to complete and maintain Toyota, Mitsubishi and Hyundai sales accreditation and product training,



and to meet the customer experience, compliance and process standards set by each manufacturer.
Training is provided and fully supported by the business. Keeping certification current is a condition of the role.
