Forming part of a global operating model, working across multiple locations and groups, you will partner with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external assurance providers to coordinate audited controls report programs and other key engagement activity, ensuring delivery is well managed and outputs are high quality.You will support walkthrough discussions, coordinate evidence and inputs, and enable effective review and iteration of deliverables, as well as keeping relevant risk and control information up to date in internal systems and helping to support a scalable and repeatable control environment.Lastly, you will play a key role in the continuous uplift and governance of our control setting, helping to add discipline and structure, supporting the processing and oversight of changes, and ensuring changes are standardised and aligned to internal requirements.What You OfferRelevant experience in operational risk, audit (SOC/ISAE**** and/or SOX), controls assurance or compliance within financial services,



ideally within asset managementAdvanced risk and control identification skills, including the ability to understand processes, identify key risks, assess control design, and recognise where control gaps or weaknesses may existExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and synthesise clear messages for stakeholdersSound judgement, organisation and project management skills, capable of adding discipline and structure to processes and making them scalable and repeatableA self-motivated, energetic and proactive self-starter, with high standards and great attention to detailWhat We OfferBenefitsAt Macquarie, you're empowered to shape a career that's rewarding in all the ways that matter most to you.
