Looking for an experienced customer facing Business Analyst / Technical Writer with a strong ITIL Service Management and Cyber Compliance Framework background for an initial six month contract based in Sydney!
The brief
Working with external enterprises and senior stakeholders using your well honed Business Analysis and Technical Documentation to elicit and present your findingsWork concurrently on up to 4 projects, typically 1-2Produce Standard Operating Procedures, Runbooks and oversee Workshopping activitiesUse AI to work smarter and produce high quality resultsWork collaboratively with project delivery teams
The ideal candidate




Must have extensive and current ITIL Service Management and Cyber Compliance experienceWill have worked for a small to medium IT Services / Managed Services providerBe confident engaging a variety of external customers and Senior ExecutivesOutstanding articulation and communication skillsIdeally you will have worked as a Technical Writer at some point but this is not mandatoryA foundational technical understanding in a number of these; Infrastructure / Cyber / DC / Cloud / EUC / NIST / ISOA team player is criticalA solid understanding of the benefits and applications of AI, Copilot or similar
