That's why we are passionate about not only what we do, but how we do it.The RoleAs our People & Culture Advisor, you will work closely with the P&C; Manager to deliver end-to-end P&C; strategies across the full employee lifecycle.
You will act as a trusted point of contact for employees and leaders across the business, providing practical advisory support on employee relations, talent acquisition, learning & development and culture initiatives.What You'll Be DoingIn this agile, high-visibility role, your key responsibilities will include:Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, craft compelling job ads, lead candidate interviewing, and coordinate the apprentice and traineeship programs.
Deliver an exceptional onboarding and offboarding experience for every team member.Employee Relations (ER): Serve as the first point of contact for employee and leadership queries.
Provide practical advisory support on ER/IR matters, support investigations, and draft ER correspondence in alignment with company policies.Learning & Development (L&D;): Support business-wide L&D; needs, deliver training programs, coordinate performance review cycles,
and assist with workforce planning.Culture & Engagement: Help implement initiatives that embed our High Care, High Challenge standard, support employee recognition programs, and foster an inclusive workplace culture.P&C; Operations & Analytics: Maintain accurate P&C; records, run data reporting/analysis for salary reviews, and support day-to-day payroll-related queries in partnership with our Payroll Lead.What We're Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you bring:Experience: 3+ years of experience in a P&C; or HR Advisor role, with hands-on generalist experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, and L&D.Education;: An undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related discipline (Postgraduate qualification is a bonus!).
