Enjoy the variety and flexibility of working across our fantastic Bondi, Maroubra, Northbridge and Smithfield cluster! You'll have the opportunity to support services, making a real impact while broadening your OOSH leadership experience.
Hourly Rate: $47- $50 Per Hour + 12% Super.
Additional payment of $2.07- $2.15 per hour available under Worker Retention Payment Scheme.
Before School Care: 6:45 AM- 8:45 AM
After School Care: 2:30 PM to 6:00 P
Hours: Monday to Friday. 2-3 shifts fortnightly.
Travel: Work close to home
Career development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award

Be the Visionary: You're the boss of the service! You'll plan and program epic science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!

Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high
Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass
The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OOSH programs
The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork




What You Bring to the Mix
The Qualification: You've got (or are studying toward) a Diploma, Bachelor's, Masters in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care, Youth Work, Community Services, and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved!
The Vibe: You're warm, engaging, and have a "can-do" attitude
The Essentials: A valid Working With Children Check, Child Protection Training Certificate, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain)
