About us
Rosa Brown Agency is a well-established wholesale agency representing leading furniture and homeware brands throughout Western Australia.
We work closely with retailers, furniture stores & interior designers, and we're looking for an enthusiastic experienced sales professional to join our small friendly team.
This is a varied role combining sales, customer service, order processing and account management.
The successful applicant will enjoy building relationships, have excellent computer skills and be confident using social media to support our brands.
About the role
This is a part-time position (up to 21 hours per week).
Starting with a three-month casual trial, with a clear pathway to a permanent part-time position for the right person.
You'll be the face of our brands - building relationships with WA retailers & interior designers, guiding customers from first enquiry through to delivery & keeping our day to day operations running smoothly.
Computing skills and an eye for interior design & styling is essential.
What you'll be doing
Representing and selling our premium furniture & homeware brands to WA retailers & interior designers (A&D;)
Building strong, lasting client relationships and growing new business
Processing & accurately entering customer orders into our ordering system (full training provided)
Answering sales enquiries and offering knowledgeable product recommendations




Following up on orders, deliveries and customer queries
Liaising with our wholesale brand partners on orders and product information
Providing general administration and office support
What you'll bring
A genuine eye for design and a passion for furniture, homewares and interiors - this is essential
Knowledge of interior design principles or a background in an Interiors related field is highly regarded
Familiarity with the WA Retail Market and local Interior Design community is an advantage
Confident computer skills across Microsoft 365
Excellent written & verbal communication
Highly organized with solid attention to detail and accurate data entry
A positive, friendly manner and professional presentation
Awareness of current social media trends & digital communication platforms is a bonus
