Are you a Registered Nurse with mental health experience and a passion for helping others?
Wanting to obtain some valuable experience in the community setting or just looking for a change?
We would love to receive your application to undertake this role and join our innovative, caring and compassionate multidisciplinary team.
The CMH Clinician will provide comprehensive strengths based and recovery focused assessments with consumers and the formulation of time limited packages of care signed off by consumers and their care givers.
These packages will detail the clinical mental health services and other wraparound supports to be provided.
They will provide high quality evidence based clinical services including assessment, care co-ordination, intervention, liaison and review as part of a multidisciplinary team for adults referred to the service with a mental illness or disorder.
These interventions will be based on an appropriate model of practice as specified by the individual's professional background, skills, and experience and will be informed by evidence based treatment guidelines.

Selection Criteria
:
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the below questions as thoroughly as possible.
Tertiary qualifications in Nursing and current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.
Demonstrated experience in the mental health assessment, treatment and management of persons with a mental illness with skills transferable to a community setting.
Demonstrated commitment to a consumer focussed recovery-oriented approach and consumer collaboration in care planning.
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrated skills in time management.
Computer literacy skills.
Current drivers licence.
