Pharmacy Melbourne Full Time Slade PharmacyAbout the RoleWe're looking for an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Retail Manager to join our team at Slade Pharmacy Richmond.This key leadership role is responsible for managing and leading all front of shop retail operations, including overseeing and training pharmacy assistants, driving customer service excellence, and ensuring efficient day to day retail performance.You will play a hands‐on role on the retail floor, supporting the team, engaging with customers, and ensuring that high quality pharmacy services are consistently delivered.Working closely with the Retail Services Manager, you will also be responsible for stock management, merchandising, and ensuring the retail environment operates effectively and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate daily retail floor operations and supervise pharmacy assistantsLead, support and deliver training and development for pharmacy assistantsDeliver exceptional customer service and support front of shop activitiesManage stock control processes including ordering, inventory management and merchandisingMonitor stock levels, promotions, and point of sale accuracySupport recruitment and performance management of retail team membersEnsure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsMaintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and suppliersContribute to financial performance by managing budgets, KPIs, and cost-effective stock useAbout YouYou're a confident and hands on retail leader who thrives in a fast paced pharmacy environment and enjoys supporting teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.Key RequirementsDemonstrated experience in a retail or community pharmacy environmentStrong leadership and team supervision experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage stock, inventory systems,
