Working collaboratively with all members of the peri-operative and broader hospital team, supporting the Perioperative Services Manager to facilitate excellence and quality in patient focused care, through proactive leadership and innovative strategic planning aligned to best practice in Ophthalmology.Your main duties will include:Competence in basic nursing practice and providing direct care in more complex nursing care situationsCollaborate and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.Provide education and training in Ophthalmology perioperative skills to the theatre teamDelegate, direct & supervise aspects of care to others according to their competence and scope of practiceAccurate and timely clinical and administration documentation.Provide clinical support for education, knowledge and skills-based trainingActively participate in quality improvement activities and monitoringWork closely with Ophthalmology VMOs on preferencesManagement of equipment,
