About the roleATLAS FUEL AUSTRALIA PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Property & Commercial Solicitor to join our legal team on a full-time basis at our Kwinana Beach, Western Australia office.
This role offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive legal services across property and commercial matters for a dynamic organisation operating in the fuel and energy sector.
You will be instrumental in supporting our business operations, managing legal risks, and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and regulations.Key responsibilitiesProviding strategic legal advice on property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing arrangements and easement mattersHandling commercial contract drafting, review and negotiation across various business arrangements and vendor relationshipsManaging property due diligence processes and identifying potential legal risks and liabilitiesAdvising on real property law matters, planning and development regulations relevant to operations in Western AustraliaEnsuring compliance with property-related legislation, environmental regulations and planning requirementsLiaising with external legal counsel, property professionals, surveyors and local authorities as requiredMaintaining comprehensive legal documentation and property recordsSupporting senior management and stakeholders with timely, pragmatic legal counsel on commercial and property mattersContributing to the development and refinement of legal templates, policies and proceduresRegistration and transfer of Commercial and residential propertiesWhat we're looking forA current practising certificate as a solicitor in Western Australia, or eligible to obtain oneMinimum 5 years' post-admission experience in property law and commercial law practiceSubstantial experience in property transactions,



commercial contracting and real property mattersStrong knowledge of Western Australian property law, planning and development regulationsDemonstrated ability to draft and negotiate commercial agreements with attention to detail and commercial awarenessExcellent communication skills with the capacity to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholdersStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines efficientlyAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environmentPreferred experience in the energy, infrastructure or industrial sectorsWhat we offerATLAS FUEL AUSTRALIA PTY LTD is committed to attracting and retaining talented legal professionals.
